March is Women's History Month. Women have played important roles and impacted our country as well as the world. Jessup Library has a very extensive collection of books about women's contribution to society in all aspects. Here is just a small sample of what is available on our shelves:

• Hidden Figures : the American dream and the untold story of the Black women mathematicians who helped win the space race

• Many Strides to Freedom : African American women's unsung contributions and legacies
  
• American Women's History : a very short introduction
  

It is not a secret that in reality every month is Women's History Month. Don't limit yourself to one month to learn about what half of the population has achieved.
