Need help with research? We are here for you!

There are four ways you can contact us for assistance:

In-person--We have research librarians available to help you navigate the process of finding physical and online resources on our databases (such as EBSCO, Gale ebooks and JSTOR) to find articles or books. No appointment is necessary.

Email--reference@pvcc.edu You can expect a response within 24 hours, except on weekends and holidays (although it's often sooner than that).

24/7 Chat Service--Go here and you will be directed to a librarian that can help you online at any time during the day. 

Telephone--434-961-5309 Call us at any time during our normal library hours and we will connect you with a librarian that can help over the phone.
