🥧 Culinary Arts Month 🍴

 

The word 'culina' is Latin for 'kitchen'--that is where traditionally the heart of the house and the family is located. Whether cooking a meal, or baking some cupcakes, the culinary world is central to everyone's lives. 

We have a thriving collection of books on cooking and food at Jessup Library. Cookbooks that range from Jerusalem to the Sioux nation, with The Sioux Chef's Indigenous Kitchen. Go vegan with the Afro-Vegan: farm-fresh African, Caribbean & Southern flavors remixed, or the explore the fun comic book Let's Make Ramen!: a comic book cookbook.
